Position: Seasonal Yard Associate
Schedule:
March-June, September-November
Monday through Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm **weather permitting**
Hours: flexible
Description: Looking for a self-motivated, high energy, organized individual to join our team in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Knowledge of tree and plant material is a plus.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role with a mix of responsibilities including but not limited to:

Inventory:

Actively maintain data on inventory weekly

Yard:
-
Keep plant material clean (weeded and dead headed)

Properly space plant material
-
Ensure yard is stocked

Customer Orders:
-
Work with sales manager to tag and pull orders.

Load customer orders

Position: Office Associate

Full time Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30pm with overtime possible during busy season
Hourly compensation based on qualification and experience. Review after 6 months.
Paid holidays, sick/personal days, and vacation time.
Requirements: Proficient in QuickBooks is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Nursery or horticulture experience is a plus but not required.
Job Description: Handling of all office-related tasks. Including but not limited to:
Bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, account reconciliation
Customer Service: answering phones, emails, processing customers’ orders, checking customers out
Business organization: Tracking insurance policies and handling end of term audits, updating web site content, handling of simple HR tasks, assisting with H2A employees.
Inventory: Tracking of all incoming and outgoing material-creating weekly inventory availability lists.
